Monkey Matters

Monkey Matters Monkey Zoo provides a comfortable and secure sanctuary for a number of monkeys and other animals. Our Monkey Zoo in San Diego, CA is open for visits by individuals or small groups by appointment only. Come and learn about monkeys and their behaviors and natural habitats.

We also offer educational classes on primatology and ecology to students from preschool to college and post graduate level.



You may have heard, read or been told that Monkey Matters recommends a person, organization or sanctuary. This is not true. We support the rights of responsible monkey ownership and the right to be fairly regulated in every state, but as a matter of policy Monkey Matters is not affiliated with, nor do we endorse, any other primate organizations, businesses or sanctuaries.
